Data controller
SARL Les Minions is the controller for personal data processed through the Lodge Les Minions website. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact lodgelesminions@gmail.com.

Services used
The website is hosted and operated on the Wix platform. Booking requests are managed through Lodgify. Payments are processed by the secure payment provider offered during booking. These providers process the data required for their services in accordance with their own privacy commitments and contractual obligations.

Data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we may process: identity and contact details; stay, date, guest and booking information; messages and specific requests; transaction and payment confirmation information; technical connection data, browser, device, IP address and cookie preferences. Payment card data is processed by the secure payment provider.

Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries and prepare a booking (steps taken before entering into a contract); manage the booking, stay, customer relationship and payment (performance of a contract); comply with accounting, tax and legal duties (legal obligation); secure the website, prevent misuse and defend our rights (legitimate interests); and measure audiences, improve the website and, where applicable, provide tailored communications (consent where required).

Recipients
Data may be accessed by authorised SARL Les Minions personnel and, only as necessary, by Wix for hosting and site features, Lodgify for bookings, the secure payment provider, and technical, maintenance, support, analytics or communication providers enabled with your consent. Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities.

Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for no more than three years after the last contact. Booking data is kept for the contractual relationship and then archived for the periods required to establish rights and meet legal obligations. Accounting records and invoices are kept for ten years. Payment data is retained by the relevant provider under its own rules and obligations. Consent choices and cookie lifetimes follow the settings displayed in the preference manager.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Wix, Lodgify or other processors may use infrastructure or providers outside the EEA. Where a transfer occurs, it must be covered by an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate safeguard under the GDPR. You may ask for information about applicable safeguards using the contact above.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent at any time and, where applicable, request data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
